Pros
Good Benifits, Depending on position you can earn good pay. Most people in the company are very nice to work with.
Cons
The company is growing at a rate that is unsustainable. Was a great company when it was being ran by the founder, but a new investment company took over and the upper management doesn’t care about the employees and has no problem lying to the employees when it suits their needs.
