      . Free to choose shift . Work is 70% Driving / 30% talking to Recipients . Helping people get their stuff

      Cons

      . Pay is garbage . Will tell try to say 700-1400 is obtainable but it’s not unless on nights and good luck getting that spot. . Miles and gas aren’t reimbursed . Low points in the winter and summer time so less work / less money

      Pros

      Being on road and out of an office/establishment. Don’t have to deal with people

      Cons

      Payroll errors, lack of professionalism, supervisors don’t treat drivers with respect. Routes change without notice and long time drivers lose stops to new ones. Running drivers away. Huge turnover
