Self driven type of job - Delivery Driver Arrive On Time Delivery Employee Review

During your probationary period, 3 months, you are paid hourly and then after you are "supposed to" get guaranteed pay. Management pushes you to finish your route early therefore you are essentially getting a smaller paycheck then if you got your route done by the designated time and did your actual ten hours each shift. Then they say that if you do go and show me you can finish early on your route you will get guaranteed pay when you are due, unfortunately even after your probationary period is up they will still drag their feet on getting you guaranteed pay.
