      Pros

      Very big on company culture is probably the only highlight of this place.

      Cons

      If you want to join a frat house go for it. Management picks and chooses who to help. If you’re someone they favor they will help you succeed. Other than that if they want to see you out and you’re showing work and effort you get put on a performance improvement plan. The turnover rate here is ridiculous.

      Great company culture that enables you to jumpstart a career in logistics. Great training, especially when you apply yourself

      long days and weeks, sometimes work on the weekends because that is what the customer requires.

      The people are great made some amazing friends at this company. Very fast paced so if you enjoy that this is the culture for you.

      Can be long hours and high stress. If you’re good at managing that you can make some solid money
