      Pros

      Fast pace work. Potential to make $100k+. Company provides nice amenities in the office. Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Training lacks, learn on the go. Trainers are failed reps. Bias company from what I've seen. Does not follow their own policies. What was told during hiring process and what is told in training are two different things.

      Ability to earn commission, but it’s all on you. Ability to run your own book

      Cons

      Handed off accounts drive success of most reps, if you are on a newer team, it’s a lot harder to find success.
