Pros
A good opportunity for young people right out of college that can work 18 hour days.
Cons
1. The buildings are cold and feel like a call center. 2. Not a good place for people that are married or have a family. They want you to always be available regardless of the role you are in. 3. It is frowned upon to not eat lunch at your desk and just keep working. 4. They want you to come in at least 2-3 days a week when in supporting role. It is funny because you are sitting in a cubicle with hardly anyone around you. All meetings are done on zoom - even when they are just down the hall. There is NO point in driving in. 5. Senior Leaders and Management are young and don't fully know what they are doing or how to really lead people. You have a lot of "bosses" and no real leaders.
