-If you put in the time, there is money to be made and a career to be had.
-We're constantly getting asked for our feedback through surveys and AMAs, most of it anonymous. It can kind of be annoying, but it seems like they care about what we submit

-Freight Brokerage isn't for everyone. If you know what you're signing up for, this is the best place to do it that I've seen.
-The freight market changes all the time, it can be tough to keep up with all the changes as we're trying to grow our book of business.
