The energy and camaraderie on the sales floor is a testament to how the company is run. They take care of their employees and make it apparent that they value them. Bottom line is, you won't find a company that is invested in your success as Arrive is.
Cons
The 7AM-5PM hours are not ideal, but it's industry standard and the days fly by quicker than at 9-5 jobs I've worked. Couple that with uncapped earning potential, and you start looking at each day as an opportunity to progress.
