Pros

-Good sales experience/ good first job for out of school

Cons

-You're selling the most oversaturated transportation service in the U.S to companies who have absolutely no need for new providers -The only good way to get leads is to take other rep's leads if they were to fall out of there name for not making contact in 30 days -Unless you strike gold and find a random company that can give you 5 shipments a day its really hard to build a book of business -Favoritism is a real thing at this company. If a rep is over performing they will just hand them accounts. If youre underperforming you wont get anything -5 days a week in office -they try to make you drink the juice by telling you that you'll get rich at this company when its actually the furthest thing from the truth -8 month training program- no sales exposure until the 6th month youre just doing grunt work for your mentor the whole time
