HR team is pathetic Management is dumb The core team are the most stupid ones They make false promises during hiring process to hire new people and then doesn’t live up to them HR tries to manipulate the employees and he does not come from a HR background he doesn’t know what he is doing HR is a bridge between the employer and the employees but here he only cares about the employer The founder doesn’t know how to run a business From past 6 months I have seen my colleagues been thrown out for no reason or even if they have resigned they have not received their FnF which was promised to them. The founder gives big talks on every town hall but doesn’t do anything for the employees They promise the employees that they will have a growth with the company but in reality they have to pay for their honesty and hard work with their own money I have been working for about 2 years in this company still awaiting my first appraisal every time an employee asks them for an appraisal they tell us it will be done in next month but that never happens The company is at its verge of shutting down The clients are all unhappy The FHI section is so pathetic that the client reviews are so bad no one wants to work with them again All projects are stretched way beyond their delivery timelines They are incapable of delivering any project They have recently ruined the career of at least 100 people They won’t pay your incentives You don’t get paid for extra hours You can’t have your personal life working ARRIVAE Unnecessary pressure is created on wrong people They don’t know whom to hire and who would fit a certain job description The company is run by a group of fools who doesn’t care about a middle class people career and life The core team comes from a well to do background so they don’t understand the struggles a middle class person goes through
