Pros
At head office there aren't any currently..
Cons
New chairman David Martin ( actually old chairman who has been dragged out of retirement ) is trying to take the company back to the 1930s .. obsessed with clock watching . has all the directors chasing compliance with being in the office 3 days a week and how many hours .. it's top priority . Directors are incapable of giving direction. instead they manage by PowerPoint pillars and Venn diagrams with constant tweeks to "strategy ".. just to prove they are doing something. Current "restructuring " to a new "matrix management" structure is a poorly dressed up excuse to shed 30% of the workforce. it will be a complete disaster of course , and we know that becuase they implemented it in 2018 and abandoned it in 2022 because it was a complete disaster .. but hey...delliot never come into a business and say your organisation is fine do they... stay clear for a good 2 years until the current structure has properly failed and they restructure again.. unless of course you like working in a toxic environment where people make themselves valuable by being as difficult as possible and decisions are as common as unicorns..
