Great company to work for - Network Manager Arriva Employee Review

Easy to get into. Pays the mortgage. Not a boring job.

4am start. Can work seven days in a row. No money spent on driver comfort. Buses can be freezing in winter and boiling hot in summer. Holiday is allocated for you. Archaic work conditions will make you believe you're in the 1970's.

There were no pros to the position

Terrible company. Managers were shocking and nasty. Training was non-existent. Wouldn't wish the place upon my worst enemy. 1 star is being very generous and unfortunately can't leave anything lower.
