No Hr in company No manager CEO is handling everything he is only Hr, Trainer CEO is impatient and extremely short tempered 24/7 he will only scold you coz he needs copy past for every he teaches that's impossible for human He doesn't have 4 old and trusted employees even coz no one stays there due to nature of CEO... He doesn't want employees, He want trainer who can take training sessions for inters and trainers need to trainer need to mug up everything same to same and he doesn't repeat anything If he says A for apple n if u say A for aeroplane he will start yaling on u coz he told A for apple and not aeroplane My request to everyone please don't join even it's not good for fresher at all even ur experience u can't share u ideas coz CEO way is right Even employer are not supporting coz he says to his employees don't help fresher Theres mentality harassment is done every day every hour.. CEO is trainer and he teaches every only 1 time and you have to repeat everything same to same copy past in writing and if you forget 1 word he doesn't repeat and start yaling on you for hrs and hrs Like You are dumb , nonsense, CEO will doubt in your degree, sence , everything..... He doesn't have projects at all so .... the project he works on are of those internters and not clients and he himself only work on it , his employees only take training sessions on Skype so there is not industry experience at all Its request to all please take review seriously coz not on want to face mental harassment daily
