Pros

Array offers commendable benefits, including health insurance, generous PTO, and competitive salaries.

Cons

I left Array after enduring what can only be described as a profoundly negative work experience, overshadowed by a toxic and abusive environment. While the company benefits are amazing, these perks cannot compensate for the daily stress and unhappiness I encountered due to the workplace culture. The management at Array is, regrettably, its biggest downfall. There is a palpable lack of knowledge and expertise among the higher-ups, which is not only disappointing but also detrimental to the productivity and morale of the teams. Instead of fostering a culture of learning and growth, the managers frequently pass the blame for their shortcomings onto their employees. This not only creates a hostile and blame-centric environment but also stymies any opportunity for constructive feedback or professional development. Criticism, when offered, is rarely constructive and often delivered in a manner that is public and demeaning. The fear of being publicly reprimanded has stifled innovation and discouraged team members from taking initiative or suggesting new ideas. It's a culture where covering your back becomes more important than performing well or helping the company succeed. Furthermore, this blame game has cultivated an atmosphere where trust is scarce, and teamwork is often overshadowed by interdepartmental battles. It's disheartening to see how pervasive the lack of accountability is, reaching from the top down to affect nearly every aspect of daily operations. While Array may lure potential employees with its attractive benefits package, the reality of working there is marred by a deeply ingrained toxic culture and a management team that seems neither capable of nor interested in genuine improvement. Prospective employees would be wise to consider whether the benefits outweigh the significant emotional and professional costs of working in such an environment
