      Decent Pay, Autonomy to operate and a CEO that cares about people.

      Cons

      Useless HR team in Gatwick group. Just walk around and chat to a select few who they are comfortable with in the HR office for hours on end gossiping, clique culture.

      Company is fine but program manager was not very responsive

      Cons

      No 401 K matching offered which I thought was terrible for such a huge corporate company
