      Honestly you get given your work and you have control over it.

      Cons

      Toxic management. Racism Bullying Forcing people into studying with no option by threatening you lose your job otherwise HR shouting at you and bullying you for no reason. Directors all favour managers and don’t care about it staff Higher management pass sexual comments indirectly and find it funny Higher management all talk about one another privately and deny it after Nobody wants to take accountability for mistakes

      Company is fine but program manager was not very responsive

      No 401 K matching offered which I thought was terrible for such a huge corporate company
