I love how all the employees are so kind and are willing to help me whenever. Everyone is so open-minded and genuinely wants me to learn each day at Arootah, which I truly appreciate. My favorite thing about Arootah is that everyone is also very transparent with each other and communicates exceptionally. I couldn't ask for another company to intern at; I really do enjoy my time here!

I haven't come across any concerns, but if I had to name one Id say that the priorities can change frequently but it wasn't much of a big deal for me

Not always getting acknowledged for a contribution immediately following it if you are the type of employee who expects recognition in a timely fashion. However, that acknowledgement will present itself when you least expect it. Patience is a virtue and those that have it will thrive at Arootah.
