Pros

Truly, there's no benefit from working here. You're not a human, you're a number on the leaderboard. You will be under immense pressure to produce results, despite the random nature of the job itself. Training is a hollow procedure that tries to fit square pegs into sphere holds. However, if you manage to meet the unrealistic quota, you will be able to get away with murder — all company policies are thrown out the window and you have now earned your "spot" at the table. If you underperform, you will be swept under the rug & the new President & Co. will slyly deal with you. Be prepared to see how upper management will blatantly lie in email threads with other C-Level executives in order to keep the mirage alive that every sales agent meets their quota. The stress is not worth it.

Cons

See above. Don't let yourself be fooled in any regard, they will exercise their ability to lay you off at-will swiftly. If you decide to take the offer despite all signs, be prepared for your whole life to be inundated by Aroma. Also, Customer Service does not exist unless you're a "VIP" customer. AKA, if you agree to finance the oils.

Pros

Lots of space to grow within the company

Cons

Chronic understaffing leads to widespread burnout. Most people are stretched across responsibilities well beyond their role. Lack of clear structure or process; priorities shift constantly with little communication Leadership reactive rather than strategic, which trickles down into constant fire-drills for the team. High turnover that the company doesn't seem to meaningfully address. Work-life balance suffers significantly; the always-on culture is not sustainable
