      There's always upbeat music playing in the warehouse, Sales team is nice, Show room is beautiful, employee discount.

      Cons

      No real training, No SOP (Standard of procedures), management likes to add more to your job description without notifying you, part owner is rude and disrespectful not personable, company expects miracles out of you without any compensation, no bonuses, favoritism

      Lots of space to grow within the company

      Cons

      Chronic understaffing leads to widespread burnout. Most people are stretched across responsibilities well beyond their role. Lack of clear structure or process; priorities shift constantly with little communication Leadership reactive rather than strategic, which trickles down into constant fire-drills for the team. High turnover that the company doesn't seem to meaningfully address. Work-life balance suffers significantly; the always-on culture is not sustainable
