Cons

A toxic sales culture created and enforced by the company president. Regular public yelling, vulgar language in meetings and Slack, favoritism, unrealistic daily quotas, and misleading upsell practices targeting existing customers. Extremely high turnover with reps treated as disposable rather than supported.

Lots of space to grow within the company

Cons

Chronic understaffing leads to widespread burnout. Most people are stretched across responsibilities well beyond their role. Lack of clear structure or process; priorities shift constantly with little communication Leadership reactive rather than strategic, which trickles down into constant fire-drills for the team. High turnover that the company doesn't seem to meaningfully address. Work-life balance suffers significantly; the always-on culture is not sustainable
