      Work-life balance. You get to go home at 5.

      Cons

      Very paternalistic environment. The senior managers act like teachers/parents and treat the staff like naughty schoolkids. You will be micro-managed - found it very oppressive. No flexible work option.

      The work is great if you're starting off. Great work life balance. The RDOs are beaut!

      Office is a little bit old school in its layout. HR policies seem a little outdated.
