You are expected to be on call and available 24/7 There is no shared glory - it's about Peter and always will be. It's better to know and accept that going in. Management intentionally creates a competitive environment driven by fear, which means that you never really feel good about your performance or standing there (if you start to, they will knock you down).

This company is basically a start off. Just go in, learn something, and get out. It's quite miserable especially with management.

Miserable human beings. Every single one of them. Employees were terrified. Glad I left years ago.
