- MD is fairly laid back and will give you the opportunity to do your own thing and crack on - Good team to be around - Uncapped comms and decent commission structure

- Stressful at times, a bit unorganised too. - Training isn't provided to the extent it should be, new starters will likely find it hard to adapt to the market straight away unless they have previous experience (speaking from my POV, it could be different now)

Great on the job training, the ability to see how a recruitment business works from the ground up. Good support from management, and a supportive team culture. Good career prospects and the potential to progress within the business.

CRM was a bit out dated and lacked some functionality, however this has been upgraded to a new all singing all dancing CRM which is awesome.
