Benefits save up to $200 a month in utilities. Offers healthcare benefits upon hitting fulltime. W4 is decent. Somewhat flexible hours. Positive company culture. Work from home options.
Cons
* 360 skill grading staff are undertrained. Leading to frequent lower grades that goes against you. * After a few months the supervisors start not picking at call times. Expects more work but shorter calls. * Call center president is out of touch and pressures staff. * Older staff with very minimal experience will always get the daylight shifts. Despite new hires required to be skilled in much more. Unfair and favors time spent versus any actually work provided.
