11moThank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your time at Armstrong Craven left you feeling disappointed and disillusioned. Feedback—positive or critical—is something we (and I) take seriously, as it helps us reflect on how we support our people and evolve as a business.
We acknowledge that the past few years have brought significant change, including restructuring, both strategic and as a result of market conditions. Change can be challenging, and we do understand how it has impacted the experience of some employees. Having said all of that, we (and I) are committed to building a respectful, supportive and inclusive environment where individuals do feel valued and can grow.
I am sorry to hear that you didn’t feel supported or fairly compensated. While our goal is always to align roles, responsibilities, and rewards with experience and market standards, there’s always room for improvement.
I genuinely regret that you left with such a negative impression and wish you all the best in the future. If you're open to it, I'd welcome a private conversation to understand more about your experience and how we and I can do better.
