      Holidays off, weekends off , free parking

      Cons

      The County Commissioners refuse to give anyone a raise. The department heads are clueless and never want to work with each other. Pay is just about minimum wage. Good old boys club there still like its 1960. You only get promoted by seniority not by knowledge of the job.
