Pros
Fun place to work and the owner was always so kind. Although I don't like their coffee, they have adjusted their quality to the needs of their business/audience which was a smart business move. They will always meet their customers and employees needs.
Cons
If you're looking to enter the world of craft coffee I'd consider somewhere else. The owners have been featured on TV and have a significant social media following so they have been forced to focus more on quantity instead of the quality of their coffee.
