A real positive is the access to senior bankers, all levels including partners are approachable, involved, and willing to teach, which accelerates learning significantly. Many of the bankers have been with Arma for a significant period of time. The work is challenging and interesting, with a broad range of responsibilities that help you develop both technical and commercial judgement. The culture is supportive and collaborative, especially given the intensity of the work, and there is a real sense that people want you to do well. Overall, a solid environment for building experience and growing quickly.

The intensity can be high, particularly during live deals or busy periods. While demanding, this also contributes to the steep learning curve.
