Well positioned for 10% of the market and leadership has figured out how to monetize the premium service to return a profit.

Cons

Leadership is only focused on cashing out their options. Significant turnover below the SVP level. Leadership is very focused on DEI and suggests there is no growth opportunities for sis white men.

Recently acquired by Arlo - really smooth and easy transition, friendly HR, great culture and everyone is easy to work with so far! Excited to be a part of the team.

Almost all people you worked with

Cons

I would not recommend the QE department to anyone. The new director is the least effective manager I have worked with. Since taking over, she has significantly disrupted both the QE and development teams while implementing her own strategy, which has not delivered the expected results. From my perspective, team performance and morale have declined, and the company's stock price has fallen substantially during this period.
