      Pros

      Arlo is a growing company with exciting opportunities and potential. It has most of the benefits of a large corporate job (e.g. competitive comp, RSU program, in-house training and learning programs, various healthcare and benefit options, etc.) but team works together closely so still has the small office feel.

      Cons

      There are several offices, including international locations, so the time zone differences at times make it difficult to respond quickly.

      Recently acquired by Arlo - really smooth and easy transition, friendly HR, great culture and everyone is easy to work with so far! Excited to be a part of the team.

      Cons

      I would not recommend the QE department to anyone. The new director is the least effective manager I have worked with. Since taking over, she has significantly disrupted both the QE and development teams while implementing her own strategy, which has not delivered the expected results. From my perspective, team performance and morale have declined, and the company's stock price has fallen substantially during this period.
