Pros
Great place for graduate progression. Exposure to senior people, both internally and through the client base. Team ethic allows for fast progression and good training on the job. Interesting work and the ability to progress in different strategic roles. Interesting project based work that creates company pride through responsibility given by senior management. Lovely team atmosphere makes going to work enjoyable.
Cons
Being a small, niche sector and company external training is less pushed, but is countered by internal training. If you do not have drive you can be left doing more production/menial tasks, again this is a pro and con because if you ask you will get lots of opportunities once you have proven yourself at junior levels showing work ethic and free thinking.
