      + Wide portfolio and opportunities for business + Wide responsibilities + People are friendly

      Cons

      Very different experience from what one would get working in HQ in Jutland: - Slow to adapt to new ways of working - Surprisingly in the 2020's some teams are "boys clubs" where women hold mostly secretarial roles - Management team is not very involved in management
