Pros
It was good place to get some expertise and a lot of experience with in Industrial automation. Very supporting in the learning process. Exposure to a broad range of technologies , but mainly from Siemens .
Cons
Nightshift rota. Self education mostly , with just a few provided trainings for some of the people in the team . Progression is difficult within the engineering area.
