The best workplace ever! For me Arla’s working culture is definitely the best amongst all the companies that I’ve ever worked for. Everyone is so nice, personable and willing to help. You can always reach out to have coffee or ask anyone if you have questions. As an F15, I have a strong support network with a buddy, a mentor, a program manager and my amazing fellow F15s. I can express how much I have grown as a person and as an employee from their guidance and support. Beyond that, the projects that are selected for the program are business-critical, challenging but extremely interesting and for sure guarantee a steep learning curve. I feel very lucky to be a part of the program and a part of Arla in general.
