      Pros

      Overall, I feel it a great company. Constant changes happen to improve day to day workflows.

      Cons

      Has gone through a few layoffs. Need to make the needed changes in staffing at one time vs the continuous layoffs as this causes uncertainty for employees and potential employees. There are constant changes that happen which can be good and bad as things change before the previous issues are resolved. Ensure the right stake holders are at the table talking about how to make things happen and how it can work before a new idea is rolled out across the board.
