      Some very good and helpful people.

      Cons

      The higher management will make your life hell. No matter how much you work, the higher management will always look into controlling every single minute of your life. There is no option to grow. Your compensation will never increase as there is no structure in the organization.

      Good work life balance , good exposure for entry level candidates specially for people who are into data, supply chain and analytics
