I got hired as a fresher in this company , within 6 months of time i m a Sr. Recruiter just because of the training and corporate values provided by my seniors .They gave me a chance to grow and conquer even the most critical situations of this industry . I have worked in many organisations and been under Team Leads and Managers, but the Environment created by Senior Managers and Team Leads here is so comfortable that no one would like to leave this organisation once he/she joins.
