      Has great benefits and they are flexible about remote work. There's also not a lot of micromanaging so you get to determine day to day workload for the most part

      Cons

      Super segmented by departments or office so it can feel like working on a island. If you need help doing something, good luck. If you need support from another office, good luck.

      Great people Great opportunities Willing to give more responsibility/grow Good work life balance while also still having good drive at work

      Not a lot of cons, everyone is very understanding and the small office could be a downside for resources, but personally did not find that to be an issue
