But it is more difficult to acquire, orient, develop self managing talent within your labor force. The average to antiquated enterprise sees their "talen" as a commodity. Easily re-acquired. *A "world class" company develops its thinkers (leadership) and retains them. Arkay Packaging is the former. If you are responding to an Arkay job posting, understand top management sees you as an expense, not a long term asset. Your tenure will always be tenuous. *If you are looking at an alternative to Arkay that has a reputation and record of long term employees, choose the alternative. Honestly. Arkay will discard you no matter what you do for them because they are short term thinkers. Only Top management (three men) have been there for more than ten years. Everyone else is a replacement.
