Difficult to progress. Senior Management have all been there most of their career's if not all of it.

Some great people to work with, teams are great at working together, few people had progressed up to account manager. So they like to internally promote some people.

Some days could be hectic, had training plans that hadn’t been implemented, everything is time limited so if you didn’t get something done it time or the warehouse team didn’t get an order out, account managers would throw you under the bus when it came to explaining why something is delayed to the clients.
