Pros

There is absolutely nothing to rave about with this company. I can’t grasp why owners would hire them. False P&L to make themselves look good

Cons

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst companies I have worked for. Leadership at the regional level appeared highly ineffective, with very little accountability from upper management. Concerns reported through the proper channels often seemed ignored, while leadership frequently protected one another rather than addressing ongoing issues. Turnover speaks for itself. Numerous Vice Presidents, Directors of Sales, and General Managers have resigned and pursued opportunities elsewhere, which says a lot about the company culture and lack of support. The environment often feels focused on overworking employees to the point of burnout, with unrealistic expectations and very little operational support. The company is extremely sales-driven while operations are often overlooked, creating unnecessary challenges for on-property teams. Compensation is another major concern. Pay tends to be low compared to expectations, and there is absolutely nothing bonus structure. company hires whoever will accept the pay and hopes they stay, rather than investing in long-term employee success and retention. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking support, work-life balance, or strong leadership.

Pros

There were pros for many years and honestly they took each and every one away.

Cons

They genuinely don’t know what they’re doing. They tell you one thing and then expect you to do another and then when you use your own brain because you thought that’s what they wanted they persecute you for it. They have no regard for longevity or retention. There is no loyalty among peers. Doing what’s right gets you nowhere and there is no accountability beyond senseless reprimands and firings.
