Pros

Travel Flexible schedule Work from home No micro management

Cons

Arrogant - selling value based products as if they were premium Difficult for customers to work with them Difficult for internal employees to work with their own teams Too many broken internal processes They do not value the employees at all! They have let go of so many people that carried the historical knowledge of the products they sell with no overlap in training or plan to educate the new people. Everyone at the company is new therefore no one knows anything. They have no new innovative products; they regurgitate the same marketing messages over and over again. They claim to be dementia friendly but have 1 product for that sector. They claim to be ICU experts with 1 product for that sector. There is no work/home life balance with Arjo. They base their company in Sweden, a very tiny country with limited knowledge of the world, and they have all of their "global" leads based there. They have no global employees located in the largest markets that they target and they have no employees with knowledge of those markets, it is absolute utter nonsense. Operations delivers dirty, ripped products, without the correct parts for the products. It is a nightmare working with that team.

Pros

Cons

They didn’t have me do anything the last couple months of my contract. I would literally sit there the entire 8 hours doing nothing
