working at artizia had its fun and ok moments! the discount and meeting other coworkers with similar interests was cool.
if you get a bunch of sales you can get a nice commission

managers tend to micromanage you
you have to ask every customer what they are shopping for etc. even if they look like they don’t want to be bothered
can get very competitive with the other stylists which is fair, everyone wants that commission!
some managers had favoritism for who made the most sales for sure
