      Great student centric work atmosphere Great benefits

      Cons

      -salary/compensation sucks -"leaders" are not leaders, they are subject matter expert micromanagers that have little to no experience outside of higher education admission -"leaders" have big egos and don't listen to their staff -Very centralized hierarchal chain of command -lots of stated responsibility, zero actual authority or professional autonomy
