      Benefits are good, but it seems that they do not care so much about work injuries pertaining to office ergonomics.

      Cons

      Work-life balance was terrible for me. My research professor made me work Christmas and Christmas Eve. Always called with last minute dead line demands for his proposals.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
