      Pros

      Very flexible on work hours. Don't really expect a whole lot from anybody.

      Cons

      Terrible management from the top down in their IT department, the entire show is run by two core developers and all other opinions are discarded. If you haven't been there for at least 15 years, you do not have a voice you are simply a worker bee. The CIO is an absentee figurehead.

      Straightforward. Flexible schedule. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Limited hours. No benefits. Management is not the best. Counselors are sometimes rude when assistance is needed.
