Authoritarian leadership, sinking morale since Crow arrived - Associate Professor Arizona State University Employee Review

Salary can be crazily low w/no COLA for years on end. Main problem is that some administrators and profs who brown-nose the top executives lord it over other self-respecting faculty and staff and get the lion's share of resources and perks. Crow and Co. play favorites and spend lavishly on a few star professors while letting salaries stagnate for the large majority who actually keep academic programs going.
