      Pros

      Great people who care about students. The benefits are really good. Love working on such a vibrant campus.

      Cons

      Pay is significantly low compared to the amount of work. Sometimes work 3-4 nights and occasional weekends. Management doesn't appreciate the 60 hours of work. Very little action to their words of appreciation.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
