      Good people, good work environment; low stress and sometimes fun

      Cons

      Very low pay; pay increases weren't applied to people who were already working there (so brand new employees made a higher rate than the people training them). Typical for student jobs, sadly.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
