Pros
Very approachable executives (CMO & COO) - I feel they care about their employees and listen. Fast growing company. Fun company events (volunteer events, luncheons, fundraisers, quarterly all employee meetings, etc.) Good Vacation/PTO plan and you can roll over year to year.
Cons
Only constant is change - this is typical of any start up company but it can be frustrating at times. Benefits can't compete with the large health plans but they do offer everything. Medical & dental for the employee only is covered at 100%.
